CALL TO ORDER Committee of the Whole Chair Nancy McGregor called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2020-017 GJSD Enrollment Study Presentation Steve Barrett, Superintendent of Gahanna-Jefferson School District presented an Enrollment Study which is a demographic study of how they are growing in terms of student population. The Study presented is attached. B. ITEMS FROM THE CLERK OF COUNCIL ORD-001-2020 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE FRANKLIN COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS FOR USE OF CITY PROPERTY AS POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2020. RECOMMENDATION: Consent Agenda. For informational purposes, Discussion will be scheduled for Feb. 10. ORD-002-2020 ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 198-96 ON NOVEMBER 19, 1996 AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED: Changing the Zoning District of a 2.707 +/- acre parcel at 4569 Morse Road from Restricted Institutional District (RID); to Limited Overlay- Community Service District (L-CS); Win Stewart, applicant. Attached is the recap of the most recent meeting of that Board. Mr. Crawford then announced the intent to bring forward code changes and an analysis of the rental registration program from 2019.
