DISCUSSION ITEM - 2014-0047 Sustainable Operating Model Documents Attachments: Sustainable Operating Discussion Questions Sustainable Operating Model Sustainable Operating Plan 1. Financial Sustainability Planning Teal distributed Sustainable Operating Model Discussion Questions/Timeline, Sustainable Operating Model detail and the Sustainable Operating Model; all documents attached and included as a part of the minutes. Teal detailed each document. Items from the Sustainable Operating Model Discussion Questions/Timeline that had answers were decided to be closed and will be filtered down in an updated document provided for next Finance Committee meeting. Council and Mayor Stinchcomb discussed the need/desire for a strategic or master plan. Chair Larick suggested some discussion items could take place concurrently if handled by smaller groups or committees and then brought back to the Finance Committee.
