CALL TO ORDER Chairman Schnetzer called the meeting to order at 9:26 p.m. B. DISCUSSIONS 1. 2021 Budget Appropriations ORD-098-2020 AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021. Mr. Schnetzer gave a brief review of the previous meeting, that committee had asked administration to make some reductions which they have made and sent to Committee members. The summary of these changes have been included with these minutes. Mayor Jadwin presented the changes to the Committee. Total reductions to the General Fund came in at $401,213 Mr. Schnetzer asked that if these reductions presented are in place and that the salary staggering is implemented that the general fund reserve originally requested of 2.2 million, it reduces to 1.65 million.
