CALL MEETING TO ORDER Simmons, Chair called the July 28, 2022 special meeting to order at 7:00pm. The Agenda was published on July 26, 2022 B. ROLL CALL Present: 6 - Donna Simmons, Eric Miller, Kevin McGinn, Chrissy Kaminski, Jan Ross and Ken Shepherd Staff in Attendance- Stephania Ferrell, Director and Nichole Butler, Clerk E. HEARING OF VISITORS G. NEW BUSINESS Park Land Dedication/Fee In-lieu of Ferrell states there is a multi-family application for development in process for the land at 5503 Morse Road. Gahanna city code requires the Parks and Recreation Board to recommend to Planning Commission the acceptance of park land or fees in lieu of land dedication. Ferrell states the park land dedication would be roughly 3.49 acres or fees in lieu of based on the code requirement. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Ross to accept a fee in lieu of land donation.
