Enforcement Officer once the violation(s) have been complied with.

Respondent interrupts before a complete presentation could be provided
by Code Enforcement Officer, George Cantin, with a verbal motion for
recusal of Special Magistrate Jefferson Braswell-recusal was denied by
Special Magistrate due to lack of supporting evidence. Respondent then
enters a verbal motion for a continuance-at that moment in time the
Special Magistrate reserved ruling
Sworn testimony provided by Code Enforcement Supervisor, Samantha
Norris as to why this case should move forward on this day
Sworn testimony to be provided by Planner III, Nick Hill - remained on
standby
Sworn testimony provided by Code Enforcement Manager, Nicole
Johnson - clarification placed on record as to the fact that the code
enforcement department made every effort to work toward a resolution of
the case matter, but no resolution was made
Magistrate issued ruling: Case matter continued for 30 days to next
hearing in August. No further continuances will be granted.

deemed as necessary.
