CALL TO ORDER - 6:17 p.m. B. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA Moved by Fred Schilffarth Seconded by Commissioner Saco Motion: The SHIP - Affordable Housing Advisory Committee adopt the agenda. Aye (5): Megan Atwater, Jamie Bell, Commissioner Saco, Fred Schilffarth, and Octavia Washington Approved (5 to 0) C. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1 D. BUSINESS DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. 2024-588 Adoption of the Incentives and Recommendations Report (B) Mr. Wachtel provided an overview of the Incentives and Recommendations Reports (IRR), including the requirements the City must meet to comply with State regulations and remain eligible for funding. Moved by Fred Schilffarth Seconded by Commissioner Saco Recommendation: The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee: 1) receive a presentation from staff; 2) receive public comments; 3) adopt the 2024 Incentive and Recommendations Report; and 4) authorize staff to submit the 2024 Incentive and Recommendations Report, on behalf of the Committee, to the City Commission. Aye (5): Megan Atwater, Jamie Bell, Commissioner Saco, Fred Schilffarth, and Octavia Washington Approved (5 to 0) 2. 2024-640 Discussion of IRR Presentation to City Commission (NB) The AHAC members elected Jamie Bell, Chair to present the IRR to the City Commission and with Commissioner Saco as her backup.
