Maddux Commercial Park) on a portion of a 3.16 +/- acre lot, located west of GreenLea Boulevard and south of SR386; authorizing the revision to be indicated on the Official Zoning Atlas; repealing conflicting ordinances; providing for severability, and providing for an effective date. Public Hearing Ordinance No. 02302-18 An ordinance of the City of Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee, approving an Amended Preliminary Master Development Plan and Revised Final Master Development Plan for Enoch Hills, Phase 3 on a 30.88 +/- acre parcel, located north of Hartsville Pike and west of Woodlands Drive, authorizing the revision to be indicated on the Official Zoning Atlas; repealing conflicting ordinances, providing for severability, and providing for an effective date. Second Reading Ordinance No. 02212-71 An ordinance of the City of Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee, rezoning 23.28 +/- acres from the R-15 Medium Density Residential District to the MRO-Multiple Residential and Office District and 2.00+/- acres from the R-10 Medium Density Residential District to the MRO-Multiple Residential and Office District with a Preliminary Master Development Plan for Laurelwood Park, located south of Drivers Lane and east of Lorraine Drive; authorizing the revision to be indicated on the Official Zoning Atlas; repealing conflicting ordinances; providing for severability, and providing for an effective date.
