Mr. Thomson seconded the motion and the motion passed 4 ayes, 0 nays. Item 2 – Certificate of Appropriateness – 223 Hume Avenue – Front Door Ms. Ogden said the applicant is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the wood front door with a framed, solid fir wood door with glazed windows, on property within the Woodson Terrace Historic District.
