Item 2 – Certificate of Appropriateness Request – 509 East Eastland - Fence Ms. Ogden said the applicant is requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to construct a 6-foot tall wooden, board fence in the street side and rear yard of the property. This property is located in the Woodson Terrace Historic District and is currently zoned R10- Medium Density Residential District with an H-1 Historic Overlay.
