Agenda Gallup Business Improvement District Meeting of Board of Directors, November 21, 2019, 3 PM Rico Motors Call to order Attendance – Roll call Motion to approve Agenda Motion to approve Minutes of October 17, 2019 meeting Motion to approve Monthly Financial Report Guests: Emerald Tanner, President and Kara Smith, Executive Director Gallup Main Street Arts & Cultural District Discussion items: Discuss plans to fund, for existing buildings within the BID District, improvements to façade and interior, sidewalks and vacant second floor space; also support for planning to bring buildings up to code. Goal is creation of a fund that will be larger than the fund currently used for improvements. Programs will increase the rate of improvement within Gallup’s downtown commercial district building stock. Discuss organizational structure to manage these projects.
