LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gallup City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Gallup City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to adjourn into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations relative to the competitive sealed proposals solicited for electric service pursuant to the Procurement Code, to discuss the purchase, acquisition, or disposal of real property or water rights, and to discuss pending or threatened litigation. Copies of the Agenda will be available in the City Clerk’s Office twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings.
