RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the warrants as submitted. 3. SUBJECT: Purchasing Policy Revision – Increasing purchase order threshold. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution amending the Procurement Procedures, to increase the threshold for the use of purchase orders from $500 to $1,000. 4. SUBJECT: Proclamation recognizing Spaans Cookie Co. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the proclamation as presented. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the consent calendar as presented. F. SCHEDULED MATTERS G. STAFF REPORT: Rudolph RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution delegating authority to the Chief of Police to act upon Alcoholic Beverage Control license applications seeking a determination of public convenience or necessity from the City. CULTURE AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT: 3. SUBJECT: 19th Annual Galt Strawberry Festival Fee Waiver request.
