INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: - It is recommended that Items 1 through 5 be acted on simultaneously unless separate discussion and/or action are requested by a council member. 1. SUBJECT: Minutes of the special and regular meetings of January 19, 2016. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept the minutes as submitted. 2. SUBJECT: City of Galt Warrants. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the warrants as submitted. 3. SUBJECT: Dry Creek Oaks General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Tentative Subdivision Map Project. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance No. 2016-01 approving the proposed rezone for the Dry Creek Oaks Project. 4. SUBJECT: Award of contract for Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District Reviews. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Harris & Associates for Landscape and Lighting District Assessment Reviews in the amount of $34,370 with a $3,440 contingency for unanticipated costs. 5. SUBJECT: Amendment to Clerk Administrator Employment Agreement.
