SUBJECT: Minutes of the regular meeting of November 7, 2017. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept the minutes as submitted. 2. SUBJECT: Receive and File Warrants for the period ending November 21, 2017. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive and file warrants as submitted. 3. SUBJECT: Trailridge Apartment Expansion and Rezone. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance No. 2017-07 amending the district zoning map from Medium High Multiple Family Residential (R3) to High Multiple Family Residential (R4) for the Trailridge Apartment Expansion Project. 4. SUBJECT: Increase in Authorized Contingency for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Annual Road Improvement Project. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution authorizing an additional $2,253.70 in project contingency for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Annual Road Maintenance Project, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. 53AB. 5. SUBJECT: Revised Single Audit Report Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2016. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept the City of Galt Revised Single Audit Report for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2016.
