SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Council Chambers, 380 Civic Drive, Galt, California
Tuesday, June 11, 2024
This meeting of the Galt City Council was conducted in person. City Council Members and City staff
attended in person in the Council Chambers.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm. Council Members present: Lozano, Papineau, Vandenburg,
and Sandhu. Absent: Farmer.
Staff Members present: Interim City Manager Erias, City Clerk Hubert, Interim City Attorney Splendorio, and
Human Resources Director Cobey.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - CLOSED SESSION: None.
ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Gov. Code § 54957.6)
Agency designated representative: Chris Erias
Employee organizations: Unrepresented Mid-Management and Professional/Confidential Units
Farmer entered the meeting at 4:07 pm.
RECONVENED TO OPEN SESSION: The City Council reconvened to open session at 4:45 pm at which time
the City Attorney announced there was no reportable action.
There being no further business to come before City Council, the Mayor adjourned the meeting at 4:45 2wpm.
