Public Comment: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on any item of interest to the public or any agenda item before or during the Commission’s consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission and limit comments to a maximum of five (5) minutes. 4. Guest Speaker: David Morikawa, MOW - Housing & Urban Development cutting grants - $1,000,000 given to MOW this year. - MOW does get substantial amount from this - 80% of that grant money must go to Capital Improvements not day-to-day staff. - Says being blown out of proportion. 5. Sacramento County Adult & Aging Commission Meeting is the fourth Wednesday of each month.  (www.sacramentoadultandaging.org/meetings.html) b. Galt Senior Club – 1pm Chabolla Center, 1st Monday business meeting/bingo, 2nd bingo, 3rd pot luck/bingo, 4th Birthday Cake/bingo, 5th donuts/bingo & every Thursday 12:45 – 2:45 Bingo. c. Community Housing & Services Coalition Meeting – 4th Tuesday each month (Oct 25, 2016) location/time – 7000 65th St., Sacramento (Sac Sheriffs Florin Office Community Center). 10.
