INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the March 11, 2021 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the March 11, 2021 Regular Meeting. 5. SCHEDULED MATTERS: A. SUBJECT: Galt Market Community Plan Presentation RECOMMENDATION: Staff is requesting comments and feedback from the Planning Commission. Primarily staff is looking for support of the Planning effort and any comments or modifications needed to support the effort. 6. PUBLIC MEETING: B. SUBJECT: Draft 2021-2029 Housing Element Update RECOMMENDATION: Receive Presentation and recommend to the City Council to submit the draft 2021 – 2029 Housing Element Update to the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to start the State’s 60-day review period. 7.
