SUBJECT: Election of Officers RECOMMENDATION: Pursuant to Galt Municipal Code §2.70.060, election of a Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be conducted at the first regular meeting of the following year after a January 1st of each year. B. SUBJECT: Minutes of the December 9, 2021 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the December 9, 2021 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None 6. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Fairfield Residential Study Session RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a staff presentation; 2. Receive an applicant presentation; 3. Comments and questions from the Planning Commission; 4. Open study session and receive comments from the public; 5. Additional comments and questions from the Planning Commission; and 6. Provide direction to staff and the applicant regarding the proposed project. B. SUBJECT: Housing Element Annual Progress Report for 2021 RECOMMENDATION: Review the Annual Housing Element Annual Progress Report for 2021 and recommend that the City Council direct staff to submit it to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in accordance with Government Code §65400. 7.
