Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the February 10, 2022 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the February 10, 2022 Regular Meeting. 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. SUBJECT: Fairfield Residential RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a staff presentation; 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; 3. Receive an applicant presentation; 4. Adopt a resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for the Fairfield Residential Development. B. SUBJECT: 955 Simmerhorn Road Gas Station – Amend Conditional Use Permit RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a staff presentation; 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; 3.
