PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. SUBJECT: 2021-2029 Housing Element Implementation – Residential Design Standards RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive a staff presentation; 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend the Residential Design Standards be forwarded to the City Council for approval and incorporation into Chapter 18 of the Galt Municipal Code. 6.
