CALL MEETING TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGAINCE 2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Denier, Hood, Jones, Gerling, and Pratton. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the April 14, 2022 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the April 14, 2022 Regular Meeting. 5. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: 2021-2029 Housing Element Implementation – Residential Design Standards (continued from the April 14, 2022 meeting) RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive staff presentation; 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend the Residential Design Standards be forwarded to the City Council for approval and incorporation into Chapter 18 of the Galt Municipal Code. 6. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: 2022-2024 Capital Improvement Program General Plan Consistency CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF MAY 12, 2022 RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission adopt a resolution finding that those projects planned for implementation in Fiscal Year 2022-2024 within the 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) of the City of Galt are consistent with the adopted City of Galt General Plan. B. SUBJECT: Study Session—Potential Amendments to Chapter 18.16 of the Galt Municipal Code regarding accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units. RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss proposed ADU and JADU ordinance update and provide direction to staff as to suggested revisions and a timeline for the Commission to approve the proposed ordinance and recommend its advancement to the City Council. 7.
