Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the May 12, 2022 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of the May 12, 2022 Regular Meeting. 5. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: 2021-2029 Housing Element Implementation – Residential Design Standards (continued from the May 12, 2022 meeting) RECOMMENDATION: 1. Receive staff presentation; 2. Open public hearing to receive comments; 3. Upon closing the public hearing, recommend the Residential Design Standards be forwarded to the City Council for approval and incorporation into Chapter 18 of the Galt Municipal Code. 6. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt an ordinance adding Section 18.16.080, amending Sections 15.32.030, 18.08.030, 18.16.040, 18.16.050, and Tables 18.28-1 and 18.42-2, and repealing Section 18.44.150 of the Galt Municipal Code regarding Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units. CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 9, 2022 RECOMMENDATION: 1.
