SUBJECT: Public Works Review of Construction Projects 5. PUBLIC MEETING: A. SUBJECT: Study Session on Senate Bill 9: Potential Amendments to Chapter 18.16 of the Galt Municipal Code Regarding Objective Development Standards for SB9 Urban Lot Splits and Two- Unit Housing Projects RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss proposed ordinance and provide direction to staff as to suggested revisions and timeline for the Commission to approve the proposed ordinance and recommend its advancement to the City Council. CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 14, 2022 6. SUBJECT: Fairway Oaks Tentative Subdivision Map Time Extension Request RECOMMENDATION: (1) Receive a presentation, (2) open public hearing to receive comments, and (3) upon closing the public hearing, consider the resolution approving a two-year time extension request for the Fairway Oaks Tentative Subdivision Map. 7.
