AGENDA REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 380 CIVIC DRIVE, GALT THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2019, 6:30 PM NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL: COMMISSIONERS: Crews, McFaddin, Jones, Papineau, and Pratton. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code §54954.3 members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. ELECTION OF OFFICERS: Pursuant to Galt Municipal Code §2.70.060, election of a Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be conducted at the first regular meeting of the following year after a general municipal election. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Fairway Oaks Tentative Subdivision Map Time Extension Request RECOMMENDATION: Consider Resolution No. 2019-___ (PC), approving an additional one- year time extension for the Fairway Oaks Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. 7.
