AGENDA REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 380 CIVIC DRIVE, GALT THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2019 6:30 PM NOTE: Speaker Request Sheets are provided inside the Council Chambers. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code §54954.3 members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the January 10, 2019 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of January 10, 2018. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Dry Creek Oaks - Architectural Review RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission adopt the resolution approving the Architectural Plans for the Dry Creek Oaks Subdivision (floor plans and exterior elevations). 6. SCHEDULED MATTERS: A. SUBJECT: Annual 2030 Galt General Plan and Housing Element Progress Report 2018 RECOMMENDATION: Review the Annual 2030 Galt General Plan and Housing Element Progress Report for 2018, and recommend that City Council approve the report. Upon City Council acceptance of the report, it shall be submitted to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and Department of Housing and Community Development in accordance with Government Code §65400. 7.
