PUBLIC COMMENTS: Under Government Code §54954.3 members of the audience may address the Commission on non-agenda items. Speakers may address the Commission on any agenda item during consideration of the item. Speakers shall restrict their comments to issues that are within the subject matter jurisdiction to the Planning Commission and limit comments to a maximum of three minutes. Please fill out a speaker sheet located on the table inside the entrances to the council chambers and forward the completed speaker sheet to the Recording Secretary. 4. INFORMATION/CONSENT CALENDAR: A. SUBJECT: Minutes of the February 14, 2019 Regular Meeting. RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Commission approve the minutes of February 14, 2019. 5. PUBLIC HEARING: A. SUBJECT: Cedar Flats Estates Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map Extension. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution approving an additional one-year time extension for the Cedar Flats Estates Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map. B. SUBJECT: Parlin Oaks Rezone, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Design Review Project. RECOMMENDATION: (1) Receive a presentation, (2) Open public hearing to receive comments, (3) Recommend that the City Council adopt the attached Ordinance approving the Rezone, and (4) Recommend that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution approving the Tentative Subdivision Map, Architectural Review, and Design Review. CITY OF GALT PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA PAGE 2 REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 14, 2019 6.
