Budget Review – Paul Bake gave an overview of the Recreation and Parks Department Capital Budget, and discussed projects now underway, and those which will commence shortly. Recreation operating budget is up approximately 2%, while the Pool operating budget is up approximately 5% due to projected wage increases. b. Pool Fees – Pool fees are proposed to be increased as follows: Family categories, +$15; Couple categories, +$10; Individual categories +$5. 5. Other Business: a. Dog Park - Potential location sites were discussed. Paul will forward information on the site at Second and Hilton, for the Commission to discuss at the April meeting. 6. Reports: a. Paul Blake b.
