All in favor. Motion: Mrs. Burns 2nd: Ms. Byrne To reorganize the Board of Assessors and nominate Charles Leblanc as Chairman All in favor. Motion: Mr. Leblanc 2nd: Mrs. Burns To approve Minutes of October 30, 2013. All in Favor. Status Report: Ms. Byrne provided a verbal status report from her start date, October 30, 2013 through today: BOA discussed the meaning of Open Session and Closed/Executive Session meetings. BOA signed LA4, LA15, LA13 & LA13A BOA discussed two year qualifying sales. Mr. Harring has revised his quote for the Building Permits and Personal Property, he will stay on with the Department.
