BOARD OF REGISTRARS OF VOTERS
Minutes of Meeting of November 5, 2013
Tuesday, November 5, 2013. The meeting of the Board of Registrars of Voters was held in the City
Clerk’s Office, Room 121, City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Patricia Darby at
8:00 p.m.
Members present: Chairperson Patricia Darby, Darlene Morrilly, Mario Guay and Alan Agnelli.
The Chair read aloud the following:
Any person may make a video or audio recording of the open session of this meeting so long as it does not interfere
with the conduct of the meeting. All documents and exhibits used or referenced at this meeting shall be submitted in
duplicate to the City Clerk, as they become part of the minutes of the meeting. Is there anyone present who will be
recording this meeting?
No one in attendance responded.
1. Minutes of Prior Meetings
On a motion by Alan Agnelli, seconded by Darlene Morrilly, it was unanimously voted to accept
the Minutes of the Meetings of August 25, 2010, June 15, 2011, July 26, 2011, August 30, 2011,
September 12, 2011, August 9, 2012, October 17, 2012, March 4, 2013, and September 18,
2013.
2. UOCAVA/Late-filed Absentee Ballots
The Board tallied one UOCAVA Ballot received in Ward 5, Precinct B.
On a motion by Alan Agnelli, seconded by Darlene Morrilly, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at
8:15 p.m.

BOARD OF REGISTRARS OF VOTERS MEETING
Date: Tuesday, November 5, 2013
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Location: City Clerk’s Office, Room 121, City Hall
ANNOUNCEMENT - Any person may make a video or audio recording of an open session of a meeting, or may
transmit the meeting through any medium, subject to reasonable requirements of the chair as to the number,
placement and operation of equipment used so as not to interfere with the conduct of the meeting. Any person
intending to make such recording shall notify the Chair forthwith. All Documents referenced or used during
the meeting must be submitted in duplicate to the Chairman, pursuant to the Open Meeting and Public Records
Law. All documents shall become part of the official record of the meeting.
AGENDA
1. Approval of Minutes of Prior Meetings.
2. Counting any UOCAVA or late-received Absentee Ballots.
3. Election-related matters.
NOTICE: The listing of Agenda items are those reasonably anticipated by the Chairperson which may be
discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be
brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
