Vance RE: Minutes for the Board of Health meeting held on Monday, Sept 21, 2015 __________________________________________________________________________________ 5:00 Meeting called to order 5:05 Meeting minutes dated August 24, 2015 were not available. 5:20 27 Suomi Road Septic Plan: The septic failed title 5, a required inspection, at sale of property. The proposed septic fully complies with size. Proposal: Instead of a 4 ft off set for ground water, they are proposing to use a 3 ft off set. 3 feet is adequate to protect public health. The area will be filled with fill, crushed stone, and then they will have pipe on top. They are installing a pump system to pump the water for 65 ft up the hill. If there is a problem with the pump system, it has an audible alarm for notification. A Motion made to approve by Attorney Tobia, seconded by Susan Avallone. No discussion. Proposal approved unanimously. 5:40 Old business: Dr. Miller asked about Cruisers Malt Shoppe, and Mr Robichaud taking the ServSafe training. With licensing renewal letters going out, an insert will be sent out about him taking ServSafe class. 5:50 Set next meeting, adjourn Recording proceedings were preserved and are available upon request.
