COUNCIL CAUCUS MEETING MINUTES CITY OF GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO Monday, October 28, 2019 Council President Matt Burke called the Caucus Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members Present: Matt Burke, Councilman Ward 6 Michael Dudley, Sr., Councilman Ward 1 Gene Glenn, Councilman Ward 4 Joseph LaMalfa, Councilman Ward 2 Michael Nenadovich, Councilman Ward 3 Joseph Suster, Councilman Ward 5 Tom Vaughn, Councilman Ward 7 President Burke would offer the invocation and lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Clmn Suster moved to accept the Minutes of the Caucus Meeting for October 15, 2019 as written. The Minutes stood approved by 6 Yeas (Suster, Burke, Vaughn, LaMalfa, Nenadovich, Glenn) and 1 Nay (Dudley) votes. Clmn Suster would dispose of the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of October 15, 2019. There were no written communications to Council. There were no Committee Reports. ORDINANCE NO. 50-2019 Clmn Suster advised that he would move to consider by title. ORDINANCE NO. 51-2019 Clmn Vaughn advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 20-2019 Clmn Vaughn advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 21-2019 Clmn Vaughn advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 22-2019 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. Law Director Riley reminded Council that the next Regular Council Meeting would occur on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 because November 11th is Veterans Day. He recommended that the Chairman call the meeting to order, have the Council sworn in and continue with the meeting, which is standard procedure. Clmn Nenadovich moved to adjourn the Caucus Meeting, Clmn Suster seconded and the motion was approved unanimously.
