COUNCIL CAUCUS MEETING MINUTES CITY OF GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OHIO Monday, September 14, 2020 (Note: This meeting was conducted by teleconference due to the current Covid-19 outbreak.) Council President Matt Burke called the Caucus Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members Present: Jason Blake, Councilman Ward 5 Matt Burke, Councilman Ward 6 Charles Donahue, Councilman Ward 2 Michael Dudley, Sr., Councilman Ward 1 Michael Nenadovich, Councilman Ward 3 Tom Vaughn, Councilman Ward 7 Member Excused: Shayla Davis, Councilwoman Ward 4 Chairman Burke moved to excuse Clwn Davis from Caucus, Clmn Nenadovich seconded his motion. The motion stood approved by 6 Yes (Burke, Vaughn, Dudley, Donahue, Nenadovich, Blake) and 1 Absent (Davis) votes. President Burke moved to accept the Caucus Minutes of August 10, 2020 as submitted, Clmn Nenadovich seconded. The motion stood approved by 6 Yes (Burke, Vaughn, Dudley, Donahue, Nenadovich, Blake) and 1 Absent (Davis) votes. The Chairman asked Council whether they had any questions on the legislation. ORDINANCE NO. 72-2020 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. ORDINANCE NO. 73-2020 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 19-2020 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 20-2020 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. RESOLUTION NO. 21-2020 Clmn Burke advised that he would move to consider by title. Clwn Davis joined the meeting. President Burke next asked Council if they had anything to bring up for the Council Meeting. He advised Clmn Blake that he would have time to give his Committee Report. Clmn Dudley moved to adjourn the Caucus Meeting, both Clmn Nenadovich and Clmn Vaughn seconded and the motion was approved unanimously.
