Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Ken Parker Village President Ken Parker. 2. Approval of minutes from the Oct. 6th, 2022, meeting. Duane Gallo Trustee Motion by Wydra/Larson to approve; carried 6-0 Paul Jargstorf 3. Update of 2022/2023 Goals and Objectives. Trustee A list of ideas was given to the board for updates next month. Beth Wydra- 4. New Business: (Discussion) Trustee a. Meet Tyler Masco, new maintenance custodian. Jim Krause The board was introduced to Tyler. Trustee b. School Forest Program introduction Pamela Larson- Trustee CT Dennis gave a quick introduction to Brookwood’s request to make Memorial Park a registered school forest in conjunction with WDNR. To Phil Traskaski- be added to March Committee of the Whole Meeting. Trustee c. Lead & Copper Director Cole updated the board on the LRCC and what our inventory plan is. d. 2023 Event Planning CT Dennis gave an update on the Farmer’s Market, Trunk-or-Treat donation increase, and suggested a candlelight walk for winter 2023-24. e. February Agenda Adding a closed session. 5. Ongoing Business: (Discussion) a. Update for Touch-a-Truck CT Dennis gave an update on planning and September 16th date to move to Board for approval. 6. Ordinance and Resolution Updates a. Discussion on Ordinance Review for 2023 Discussed looking at permitting, zoning, junk vehicles, property maintenance, downtown district. 7. Department Head Reports:  • Director of PW Snow has been easy this year. Suggested an overnight parking lot during moratorium. • Chief of PD Ofc. Knorr will be completing salvage inspection training. • Clerk Treasurer Update on trial 8. Village President Report Future appointment ideas 9.
