Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Ken Parker Village President Ken Parker. 2. Approval of minutes from the Aug. 3rd, 2023, meeting. Duane Gallo Trustee Motion by Gallo/Larson to approve; carried 4-0 Paul Jargstorf 3. Update of 2022/2023 Goals and Objectives. Trustee None 4. New Business: (Discussion) Beth Wydra Trustee a. Tammy Popenhagen and the GC Farmers Market Committee discussing park layouts. Joyce DeLong Trustee Presentation given on the importance of moving playground equipment and grills for a more open event space. Moved to Board for action. Pamela Larson- Trustee 5. Ongoing Business: (Discussion) a. 2024 Budget Phil Traskaski- Trustee A general timeline given, and items needed to be budgeted for were discussed. b. Job Description and Split updates Final review given. Moved to Board for Action. c. Touch-A-Truck updates and final planning Everything is all set. 6. Ordinance and Resolution Updates a. 194-25 Operation of mini-bikes and all-terrain vehicles – Final review. Moved to Board for Action. b. Resolution 09-14-2023a – Bonding for Road Projects -No resolution needed. 7. Department Head Reports: • Director of PW • Chief of PD • Clerk Treasurer 8. Village President Report 9.
