Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:04 pm by President Ken Ken Parker Village President Parker. 2. Approval of minutes from the Sept. 7th, 2023, meeting. Duane Gallo Trustee Motion by to approve DeLong/Wydra; carried 4-0 Paul Jargstorf-A 3. Update of 2022/2023 Goals and Objectives. Trustee None 4. New Business: (Discussion) Beth Wydra Trustee a. Touch a Truck 2024 Move to board as a resolution to be held annually on the 3rd Saturday in Joyce DeLong September. Trustee b. Streetlights Pamela Larson-A President Parker discussed possible option to change downtown streetlights as Trustee part of 2024 Hwy B Road Project. Phil Traskaski 5. Ongoing Business: (Discussion) Trustee a. 2024 Budget Timetable for review. 6. Ordinance and Resolution Updates a. Driveways 310-63 Move to board for approval to add minimum apron requirements for asphalt replacement. 7. Department Head Reports: • Director of PW - Workman’s Comp Claim • Chief of PD • Clerk Treasurer – Clerk/Treasurer position ready to post 8. Village President Report None 9. Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) DeLong/Wydra motion to go closed session; Roll Call: Parker – Y, Gallo-Y, Wydra-Y, DeLong-Y, Traskaski-Y 10.
