MEMBERS 2) Citizen’s Comments Brookwood Superintendent Bohn wanted the public to be aware that Ken Parker Village President the Middle School Fitness Center is available to the public for no charge and that the Middle School has Open Gym on Sundays from 1-4. She also wanted share that the schools Duane Gallo are implementing a “Neighbor to Neighbor” program in which students and families can Trustee assist aging and disabled residents in tasks such as snow shoveling and bringing refuse carts to and from the road. Economic Development and Zoning- (Trustee Jargstorf) – No meeting; Conversation with company interested in moving to Genoa City. g. Public Works- (Trustee Krause) – No meeting; no report 10) Village President Report – 11) Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) a. (e) Deliberating or negotiation the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Regarding Purchase of property of Wild Rose Rd. for the purpose of a DPW yard. Gallo/Jargstorf motion to adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) Roll Call Vote: Parker: yes, Gallo: yes, Kamholtz: yes, Jargstorf: yes, Larson: yes; carried 5-0. 12) Reconvene into Public Session a. Consideration and possible action on recommendations for matters discussed in Closed Session by the Village Board. Kamholz/Gallo motion to move forward with purchase of property for $250,000 with pond remediation; carried 4-0. On a Jargstorf/Gallo motion to adjourn at 8:15 PM; motion carried by trustees, 4-0.
