MEMBERS 2) Citizen’s Comments Ken Parker Village President -None Duane Gallo Trustee 3) Consent Agenda: Any item listed on the consent agenda may be removed at the request of any member of the Board. Paul Jargstorf -A Approval of Payment of Bills Trustee Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Approval of Minutes: Reg. Mtg. January 13th, 2022 Dave Kamholtz Closed Session Mtg. January 13th, 2022 Trustee Approval of Operator’s License: (PD Approved) – Daniel Kolar for BP Jim Krause Trustee On a Larson/Gallo motion to approve consent agenda; motion carried by trustees: 5-0. Pamela Larson 4) Unfinished Business: NONE Trustee 5) New Business: Phil Traskaski Trustee a. Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.53 filed by Country Thunder East, LLC to propose use of structure and/or site in detail Area to be used for Vehicle Parking and festival camping in the same manner for the 2021 Festival on the following described property 40501 110th Street ZONING: B-2; Highway Business District, Kenosha County. No Representative available. Passed Plan, Chief Balog approved. On a Larson/Gallo motion; carried 5-0 b. Discussion and possible approval of Special Events Permit for Country Thunder East LLC for a Music Festival Event, Public Assembly Permit on private property for July 21-24, 2022 hours noon-2:30 am each day at Shadow Hill Ranch, Twin Lakes, WI No Representative available. Chief Balog approved. On a Traskaski/Gallo motion; carried 5-0 c. Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.53 filed by EPTC Baseball LLC to propose use of structure and/or site in detail area to be used for baseball facility/batting cages on the following described property 175 Elizabeth Lane - ZONING: M-1; Industrial District, Walworth County. Representative did not stay for board. Passed Plan, Chair/President Parker spoke to the Planning Commission discussion. On a Traskaski/Gallo motion; carried 5-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: NONE 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray No Report 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Jurewicz’ Report -- Nothing to add; see attached PW Supervisor Cole’s Report -- Nothing to add; see attached Chief Balog’s PD Report -- Nothing to add; see attached 9) Standing Committee Reports a. Public Safety and Licensing- (Trustee Gallo) – No meeting f. Economic Development and Zoning- (Trustee Jargstorf) – No meeting g. (e) Deliberating or negotiation the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Regarding Purchase of property of Wild Rose Rd. for the purpose of a DPW yard. b. (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility regarding Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, Police Department and Department of Public Works. Traskaski/Gallo motion to reconvene into open session; carried 5-0. 12) Reconvene into Public Session a. Consideration and possible action on recommendations for matters discussed in Closed Session by the Village Board. On a Traskaski/Larson motion to adjourn at 8:14 PM; motion carried by trustees, 5-0.
