Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:00 PM by President Ken Parker.

Festival Event, Public Assembly Permit on private property for July 21-24, 2022 hours noon-2:30 am each day
at Shadow Hill Ranch, Twin Lakes, WI
No Representative available. Chief Balog approved. On a Traskaski/Gallo motion; carried 5-0
c. Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.53 filed by EPTC Baseball
LLC to propose use of structure and/or site in detail area to be used for baseball facility/batting cages on the
following described property 175 Elizabeth Lane - ZONING: M-1; Industrial District, Walworth County.
Representative did not stay for board. Passed Plan, Chair/President Parker spoke to the Planning Commission
discussion. On a Traskaski/Gallo motion; carried 5-0
