Trustee Mr. Gustafson was present and explained his plan to utilize his property to grow his business at that location. Larson/Wydra motion; carried 4-0 c. Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.50 A(2a) which has been submitted by Glenn Gustafson to propose use of structure for caretaker’s living quarters on the following described property PARCEL#TVGC 00118 at 452 Williams Rd, Genoa City, WALWORTH COUNTY, WI pending Rezone from R-1(Single Family Residential District) to M-1(Industrial District). Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.49 B(2p) which has been submitted by Trent Rische to propose use of structure for a residential dwelling on the following described property PARCEL#TA219100001 at 136 Walworth St, Genoa City, WALWORTH COUNTY, WI zoned B-2 (Highway Business District). Mr. Rische was present to explain that he would be living onsite. Gallo/Wydra motion; carried 4-0 e. Lot Combinations submitted by Genoa City LLC located at VACANT Land in Corporate Ridge Business Park. Lot Combination is changed to Quit Claim Deed w/ Restriction that lots cannot be subdivided again without Village Board approval at the request of Attorney Gray and Engineer Foss.
