Trustee -Approval of Payment of Bills -Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Paul Jargstorf -Approval of Minutes: Reg.Mtg. Aug 11th, 2022 Trustee - Approval of Operator’s License: (PD Approved)-Deron, Stephanie; Hoerth, Kendra; Marvin, Jacob Beth Wydra Trustee Traskaski/Gallo motion; carried 5-0 Jim Krause- A 4) Unfinished Business: NONE Trustee 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) Pamela Larson a. Site Plan and Architectural Review for Eleazor Trustee Aguilar; Moonlight Properties located at 1201 CTY HWY H/Fred Mohn Dr. in regards to parcel TA453700002 for use as 24-unit apartments in zoning MFR-1 Phil Traskaski (Multi-Family Residential) Trustee Gallo/Wydra motion to table due to cancelled Planning Commission meeting; carried 5-0 b. Village Logo adoption with seasonal/holiday liberties Traskaski/Larson motion; carried 5-0 c. Bloomfield Genoa City Fire Department Bonding Trustee Gallo gave an update, President Parker reviewed the financial situation. Both are members of the Joint Fire Board. No action needed. 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) a.
