MEMBERS 2) Citizen’s Comments Ken Parker None Village President 3) Consent Agenda: Any item listed on the consent agenda may be removed at the Duane Gallo request of any member of the Board. Trustee -Approval of Payment of Bills -Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Paul Jargstorf -Approval of Minutes: Reg. Mtg. Sept 8th, 2022 Trustee Closed Session Mtg.- Sept. 8th, 2022 -Approval of Operator’s License (PDApproved) –Pieffer, Maisey L, and Beth Wydra Trustee Accardo, Bonnie Jim Krause- A Jarstorf/Gallo motion to approve; carried 4-0 Trustee 4) Unfinished Business: NONE Pamela Larson a. Site Plan and Architectural Review for Trustee Eleazor Aguilar; Moonlight Properties located at 1201 CTY HWY H/Fred Phil Traskaski -A Mohn Dr. in regards to parcel TA453700002 for use as 24-unit apartments Trustee in zoning MFR-1 (Multi-Family Residential) Planning Commission tabled; board agreed with the action. Gallo/Jargstorf motion to table; carried 4-0 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Site Plan and Architectural Review for Project Maple; Hickory Tree LLC located at VACANT LAND on Williams Rd. in regards to parcels TCRW 00006-00007(partial), 00016(partial)-00017 for use as Industrial Building in zoning M-1 (Industrial) Mark Seidl-Engineer present to represent Hickory Tree LLC and explain Project. There were noconcerns. Larson/Wydra motion to approve contingent upon staff review and approval; carried 4-0 b. CSM submitted by Project Maple; Hickory Tree LLC located at VACANT LAND on Williams Rd. in regards to parcels TCRW 00006-00007(partial), 00016-00017(partial) for use as Industrial Building in zoning M-1 (Industrial) Mark Seidl-Engineer present to represent Hickory Tree LLC and explain Project. There were no concerns. Larson/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 4-0  c. CSM submitted by The Village of Genoa City located at VACANT LAND on Elizabeth Ln. in regards to parcels TA268400002 and TVGC 00104 Engineer Foss presented the collaboration with the Walworth County Sheriff’s Department, the upcoming radio upgrade project, and the need to add a utility building north of the water tower. Gallo/Wydra motion approve; carried 4-0 d. Police Department 2023-2025 Union Contract No changes from COW. Gallo/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 4-0 e. Employee Handbook Amendments No changes from COW. Gallo/Wydra motion to approve; carried 4-0 f. BGC FD Hardship Letter No changes from COW. Wydra/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 4-0 g. Heath Insurance CT Dennis spoke to the options and would like to pursue the Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield Access. Larson/Wydra motion to approve; carried 4-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Approval of §310.63 Driveways Gallo/Wydra motion to approve with amended language to address driveways located on rural roads “Rural roads without curb & gutter should match improvement and extend from Right-of-Way to edge of roadway pavement” per the Planning Commission’s action; carried 3-0, with 1 abstention. 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray None 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Dennis’ Report-None DPW Director Cole’s Report-Spoke to an issue with the inclement weather sirens. PD Chief Balog’s Report-Looking to pursue switching squad cellphone carrier from US Cellular to AT&T.
