Sept 8th, 2022 Trustee Closed Session Mtg.- Sept. 8th, 2022 -Approval of Operator’s License (PDApproved) –Santiago, Andrew J. Beth Wydra Trustee Gallo/Wydra motion to approve; carried 3-0-1 abstain (PT) Jim Krause Trustee 4) Unfinished Business: NONE None Pamela Larson-A Trustee 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Site Plan and Architectural Review for Matt Phil Traskaski Peiper; Storage Junction, LLC located at 1032 Williams Dr. in regards to parcel Trustee TCRW 00010, TCRW 00011, TCRW 000012, TCRW 00013 for use as self-storage facility; including climate in zoning M-1 (Industrial District) Matt Peiper was present to represent Storage Junction. Mr. Peiper Presented the project. Plan Commission vote and discussion was read in. Traskaski/Krause motion to approve upon staff review and approval; carried 4-0 b. Consultation Compensation No changes from COW meeting discussion. Wydra/Gallo motion to approve; 4-0 c. Leave Time No changes from COW meeting discussion regarding exempt employees. Request was made to add one patrol officer.
