Extra-territorial review of W1489 County HWY B., Trustee Genoa City, WI (Town of Bloomfield) Walworth County submitted by Evan Freund. Mr. Freund was present to explain his project. He is looking to split his parcel into 2 parcels and build a home on the new front parcel, his home is currently located on what will be the back parcel after recording. Planning Commission approval read in. Gallo/Wydra motion to approve; carried 6-0 b. Discussion and possible approval of a CSM submitted by Woodlands Recreation Society, Inc. located at TVGC00004 at 1201 County Road H. George Torrez and John Portenkirchner were present to represent WRS, Inc. The new parcel would include the last home on the left of the C Units-Unit C19-owned by Mr. Portenkirchner. Planning Commission approval read in. Traskaski/Larson motion to approve; carried 6-0 c. Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.50 A(2k) which has been submitted by Storage Junction, LLC to propose use of Outdoor Storage PARCEL#TCRW00010-00013 at VACANT Land, Genoa City, WALWORTH COUNTY, WI. Matt Peiper was present to represent Storage Junction, LLC. The project is expected to build 3 of the buildings to start. Outside storage to move to this parcel so buildings can be completed on existing land. Planning Commission approval read in.  Gallo/Krause motion to approve CU with expiration to coincide with CU expiration on existing property-1year; carried 6-0. d. Concept Plan Application submitted by Jen Justen/Timothy Pakulski for the purpose of splitting a 3-acre parcel from Lot 1 for use as a business, parking, and outside storage for pool shells. Tim Pakulski and Jen Justen were present to represent the project. Mr. Pakulski stated that he would require outdoor storage to store bulk purchased pool shells and work trucks and other equipment. A structure would be built for indoor storage as well. Would need water/sewer hookup. Planning Commission SupportRead in. No action can be taken, the Village Board was agreeable to what was presented at this time. e. Site Plan and Architectural Review for Herner, LLC; located at 202 Williams Rd., Genoa City. regarding parcel TVGC 00117 for use as a tavern, music venue and restaurant. Jeremy Busch and Tom Stelling were present to represent Herner, LLC’s project. The Planning Commission notes, and approval read in. There are concerns about the parking and stormwater storage plan, to be discussed with Engineer Foss.
