Trustee -Approval of Payment of Bills -Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Paul Jargstorf -Approval of Minutes: Reg. Mtg. Dec. 8th, 2022 Trustee Closed Session Mtg.- None -Approval of Operator’s License (PD Approved) – Beth Wydra Trustee Smith, Tammy L. -Genoa City BP Jim Krause Gallo/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 5-0 Trustee 4) Unfinished Business: Pamela Larson None Trustee 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) Phil Traskaski - A a. Sitzberger, Village Auditor presents the 2021 Audit. Trustee Pattie Reda was present from Sitzberger to give the auditor’s annual report. No action was taken. b. Discussion and possible approval of a CSM submitted by The Village of Genoa City with CP Rental Properties located at TA383400004 at 424 - 438 WISCONSIN ST GENOA CITY, WI 53128 for ROW. Village Engineer, Brandon Foss, spoke of the need to secure the Village’s Roadways and Easements, and that this CSM corrects a historical oversight. Planning commission minutes read in. Larson/Wydra motion to approve; carried 5-0 c. Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.50 A(2k) which has been submitted by The Village of Genoa City in conjunction with the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office to propose use of site for a communications tower PARCEL#s TVGC00105B and TA441100002 at VACANT Land, Genoa City, WALWORTH COUNTY, WI. Captain Neumann was present to represent the Walworth County Sheriff’s office. Cpt. Neumann explained the switch from mounting radio equipment to the water tower to the need for a stand alone tower on the newly created parcel. Planning commission minutes read in. Gallo/Larson motion to approve; carried 5-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) None 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray None 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Dennis’ Report- None DPW Director Cole’s Report- None  PD Chief Balog’s Report- Lake Geneva Mason Lodge donated fire fighting device, chief would like additional devices to outfit each squad with.
