MEMBERS 2) Citizen’s Comments Ken Parker Jake Meyer asked about UTV/ATV ord. and if the board would be open to amending it Village President to be less restrictive. Duane Gallo 3) Consent Agenda: Any item listed on the consent agenda may be removed at the request Trustee of any member of the Board. -Approval of Payment of Bills Paul Jargstorf -Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Trustee -Approval of Minutes: Reg. Mtg. Jan. 12th 2022 Closed Session Mtg.- None Beth Wydra Trustee -Approval of Operator’s License (PD Approved) – None Jim Krause Trustee Jargstof/Wydra motion to approve; carried 6-0 Pamela Larson 4) Unfinished Business: Trustee None Phil Traskaski - A 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) Trustee a. Touch-a-Truck 2023 Date Sept. 16th, 2023, 10a-2p Larson/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 6-0 b. Open dialogue with property owners on the upgrading and possible expansion of Genoa City parks and green spaces. Larson/Traskaski motion to approve; carried 6-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) None 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray None 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Dennis’ Report- Young & Restless Tree Donation, Election update DPW Director Cole’s Report- See Report PD Chief Balog’s Report- New radios installed in squads. 9) Village President Report Trial update. Attorney Gray to separate from Olenziak Law. 10) Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) 11) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Jarstorf/Gallo motion to go into closed session; Parker-Y, Gallo-Y, Jargstorf-Y, Wydra-Y, Krause-Y, Larson-Y, Traskaski-Y 12) Reconvene into Public Session a. Consideration and possible action on recommendations for matters discussed in Closed Session by the Village Board. Larson/Traskaski motion to approve temporary leave for AA Hayes; carried 6-0 13) Adjournment Gallo/Jargstorf motion; carried 6-0 Meeting adjourned 7:45pm Ken Parker; Village President Kate Dennis; Clerk|Treasurer
