Feb. 9th, 2023 Trustee Closed Session Mtg.- None -Approval of Operator’s License (PD Approved) – Beth Wydra Trustee Behena, Briana M. Jim Krause-A Gallo/Wydra motion to approve; carried 3-0 Trustee 4) Unfinished Business: Pamela Larson None Trustee 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) Phil Traskaski-A a. The Designation of Memorial Park as a School Forest and allowing Jt. 2 School District Trustee access for School Forestry education and opportunities as well as a wetland conservation area behind Darling Field in Veteran’s Memorial Park No discussion. Larson/Gallo motion to approve; carried 3-0 b. CSM submitted by Woodlands Recreational Society/Kim Sikorski located at TVGC 00004 at 1201 CTH H Unit B4, Genoa City, WI 53128. Larson/Gallo motion to table until April; carried 3-0 c. CSM submitted by Woodlands Recreational Society/Brad Behrens located at TVGC 00004 at 1201 CTH H Unit C1, Genoa City, WI 53128. Larson/Gallo motion to table until April; carried 3-0 d. Paying class fee for DPW employee to obtain a CDL. Larson/Wydra motion to approve with a contract to prorate payback 1/3 over three years if employee leaves before the end of the contract; carried 3-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) None 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray None 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Dennis’ Report- No Report DPW Director Cole’s Report- DSPS audit was done, safety items were fixed or updated.
