There is a pothole/manhole cover that needs to be looked at on Highland Dr. at Teal Trl. Too many cars park in front of the Stop signs on Meadow Dr. at Mallard, making the Duane Gallo signs difficult to see and abide by. Trustee John Smith – 250 Highland – Concerned about the placement of speedbumps in Hunters Paul Jargstorf Ridge. Trustee Amy Smith – 250 Highland - Concerned about the placement of speedbumps in Hunters Beth Wydra Ridge. Trustee Ellen Kraft – 1022 Teal Trl. - Concerned about the placement of speedbumps in Hunters Jim Krause Ridge. Trustee 3) Consent Agenda: Any item listed on the consent agenda may be removed at the request of any member of the Board. CSM submitted by Woodlands Recreational Society/Kim Sikorski located at TVGC 00004 at 1201 CTH H Unit B4, Genoa City, WI 53128. Planning Commission decision/Engineer Foss’s notes read in. Traskaski/Larson motion to approve; carried 6-0 b. CSM submitted by Woodlands Recreational Society/Brad Behrens located at TVGC 00004 at 1201 CTH H Unit C1, Genoa City, WI 53128. Planning Commission decision/Engineer Foss’s notes read in. Larson/Traskaski motion to approve; carried 6-0 c. Disaster Mitigation Traskaski/Gallo motion to approve; carried 6-0 d. Operator/Alcohol Licensing fee waivers for Lions Club during Farmer’s Market Traskaski/Krause motion to approve Temporary Picnic License fees waived but charge Temporary Operators once per season for the Lion’s Club regarding the Farmer’s Market; carried 6-0  e. Liability Insurance requirement for sales during Village events. Larson/Wydra motion to require liability insurance for Village events if items are being sold; carried 6-0 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Lateral transfer for police department vacations Larson/Krause motion to approve PD contract side letter to increase lateral transfer vacation to up to 3 weeks; carried 6-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. No Mow May 04-13-2023a Gallo/Traskaski motion to approve; carried 6-0 7) Attorney Report: Linda Gray None. 8) Supervisor Reports Clerk/Treasurer Dennis’ Report- No additional DPW Director Cole’s Report-No additional PD Chief Balog’s Report- Ofc. Goldsworthy’s chase footage was requested through open records for a social media’s channel out of the United Kingdom and has over 1 million views. 9) Village President Report Attorney Gray is ok to move ahead with separation of legal duties. 10) Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Roll Call: KP-Y, DG-Y, PJ-Y, BW-Y, JK-Y, PL, PT-Y 11) Reconvene into Public Session Traskaski/Gallo motion to reconvene; carried 6-0 Traskaski/Gallo motion to approve the change of Receptionist Position to Office Assistant, add Utility Billing Clerk position to be conjoined with the Office Assistant position, and offering a pay increase to current employee; carried 6-0. 12) Adjournment Larson/Jargstorf motion; carried 6-0 Meeting adjourned 9:07pm Ken Parker; Village President Kate Dennis; Clerk|Treasurer
