Thursday, April 13th, 2023 @ 7:00 p.m.
BOARD 1) Call to Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance
MEMBERS Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:00 PM by President Ken Parker.
2) Citizen’s Comments
Ken Parker Brandon Ward-1018 Teal Trl-Concerned about the placement of speedbumps in Hunters
Village President Ridge. There is a pothole/manhole cover that needs to be looked at on Highland Dr. at Teal
Trl. Too many cars park in front of the Stop signs on Meadow Dr. at Mallard, making the
Duane Gallo signs difficult to see and abide by.

Traskaski/Krause motion to approve Temporary Picnic License fees waived but charge Temporary
Operators once per season for the Lion’s Club regarding the Farmer’s Market; carried 6-0
e. Liability Insurance requirement for sales during Village events.
Larson/Wydra motion to require liability insurance for Village events if items are being sold; carried 6-0

a. Lateral transfer for police department vacations
Larson/Krause motion to approve PD contract side letter to increase lateral transfer vacation to up to 3 weeks;
carried 6-0

PD Chief Balog’s Report- Ofc. Goldsworthy’s chase footage was requested through open records for a social media’s
channel out of the United Kingdom and has over 1 million views.
9) Village President Report
Attorney Gray is ok to move ahead with separation of legal duties.
10) Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1)
(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

11) Reconvene into Public Session
Traskaski/Gallo motion to reconvene; carried 6-0
Traskaski/Gallo motion to approve the change of Receptionist Position to Office Assistant, add Utility Billing Clerk
position to be conjoined with the Office Assistant position, and offering a pay increase to current employee;
carried 6-0.
