Matthew Davis as a full-time patrol officer. Chief Balog introduced Ofc. Davis to the board. b. Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit Application under 310.53 filed by Country Thunder East, LLC to propose use of structure and/or site in detail Area to be used for Vehicle Parking and festival camping in the same manner for the 2022 Festival on the following described property 40501 110th Street ZONING: B-2; Highway Business District, Kenosha County. Plan Commission minutes read in. Larson/DeLong motion to approve; carried 6-0 c. Discussion and possible approval of Special Events Permit for Country Thunder East LLC for a Music Festival Event, Public Assembly Permit on private property for July 19-23, 2023, hours noon-2:30 am each day at Shadow Hill Ranch, Twin Lakes, WI Wydra/Jargstorf motion to approve; carried 6-0 d. Approval of Walworth County Intergovernmental Agreement contingent upon review and approval of Village Staff.
