Trustee -Approval of Payment of Bills -Approval of Monthly Financial Reports; Payroll Paul Jargstorf -A -Approval of Minutes: Reg. Mtg. April 13th, 2023 Trustee -Approval of Operator’s License (PD Approved) – see below Traskaski/Gallo motion to approve; carried 4-0 Beth Wydra Trustee 4) Unfinished Business: Joyce DeLong a. Job description review Trustee Wydra/DeLong motion to approve the Utility Billing Clerk and Office Assistant Job Descriptions and combine them into one position; carried 4-0 Pamela Larson -A Trustee 5) New Business: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Discussion and possible approval of Liquor Licenses, Cigarette Licenses and Phil Traskaski Operator Licenses for July 1st, 2023 – June 30th, 2024. Per attached list, pending Trustee Police Department and Clerk’s review and approval. DeLong/Wydra motion to approve; carried 4-0 6) Ordinance and Resolution Updates: (Discussion & Possible Action) a. Resolution 06-08-2023a regarding Wastewater Treatment Department Compliance Maintenance Annual Report.
