ITEMS WILL NOT BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO POSTED MEETING TIME. AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport effort to restructure debt owed to member institutions to equity; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney regarding Reed v. Town of Gilbert, U.S. Supreme Court Case 13-502; c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3)&(4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding ambulance services within Town, consortium of East Valley Cities and contract with Rural Metro; and d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(4) for discussion or consultation with Town Attorney and Special Legal Counsel in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding a contemplated settlement of litigation in Town of Gilbert v. DNBCH (Circle K), (Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. CV2012-007164). ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made.
