AGENDA ITEM CALL TO ORDER RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) & (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding ambulance services within the Town and negotiations with Rural Metro (Southwest Ambulance) and Ambulance Medical Response (AMR) as contract provider; and b) A.R.S. §38-431.03, (A)(1) to conduct employment evaluation and discuss assignments of Town Manager Patrick Banger, Town Attorney Michael Hamblin, and Presiding Judge John Hudson. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made.
